The position supports 7:30 am - 7:30 pm CST hours with opportunities for growth, training, and advancement within a collaborative banking environment.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience leading client support, customer service, or operations teams.
• Experience supporting change initiatives or system implementations.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (7:30 am - 7:30 pm CST).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fulfilling service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and ensure high-quality experience while adhering to service standards and procedures.
• Manage workflow, create team schedules, delegate tasks, and assess performance.
• Train and onboard new hires and escalate issues as needed.
• Support TM products and services including ACH Origination, Remote Deposit Capture, Online Wire Transfers, Positive Pay, and more.
