Job summary

Sunflower Bank in Salina is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) to deliver exceptional service to Treasury Management clients. The role handles inquiries, resolves issues, and processes service requests, primarily by phone and email, in a fast-paced banking environment.

This full-time position requires leadership capabilities, technical acumen with TM products, and a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience supervising client support, customer service, or operations teams.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Assess team performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure KPI, SLA, and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure role understanding.
• Act as escalation point for TM Client Support issues.
• Support TM products and services by phone, email, and in person.
