Qualifications

• Proven ability to coach, manage performance and develop employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to Treasury Management clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Lead and manage TM Client Support teams; monitor workflow and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policy, NACHA rules and regulatory requirements.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure understanding of roles and processes.
• Develop collaborative relationships with other bank departments.
