Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
• Experience coaching, performance management, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow of employees, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure role understanding.
• Lead escalation for Treasury Management Client Support issues.
• Support Treasury Management products and services by phone, email, and web conferencing.
