The position emphasizes timely responses, training, and collaboration across bank departments. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred; 40-hour workweek; location in Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred (5 years).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage the workflow of employees, create team schedules and delegate tasks.
• Ensure KPI’s, SLA’s, and Performance Standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires to ensure they understand their role.
• Act as escalation point for TM Client Support issues.
• Provide client support for TM products and services via phone, web, or in person.
