Sunflower Bank, N.A. is seeking a Treasury Management Operations Specialist (Client Support) for a full-time, 40-hour week in Texas. Responsibilities include handling TM product support, coaching staff, and maintaining KPI targets.

Bilingual Spanish is preferred; strong communication and leadership skills are essential for success in a fast-paced banking environment. Candidates should have at least 3 years in TM Client Support and 5 years of supervisory experience, with a focus on process

Qualifications

• Three years of Treasury Management Client Support experience.
• Five years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers.
• Manage workflow, schedules, and delegate tasks.
• Ensure KPIs, SLAs, and performance standards are met.
• Train and onboard new hires for Treasury Management.
• Act as escalation point for TM Client Support issues.
• Support TM products and services (ACH Origination, RDC, Wires, Positive Pay, Online Banking, Bill Pay, Sweep, Lockbox).
• Provide training to clients via phone, web conference, or in person.
