Job summary

Chase Auto is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to drive new business and strengthen client relationships across a multi-state territory. You will leverage treasury product knowledge to develop localized market strategies in collaboration with Bankers, Client Service, and Product leadership.

Responsibilities include revenue growth, strategic client dialogues, senior-level collaboration in the automotive dealership space, and leading complex reviews with solutions specialists.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of treasury management, sales, and relationship experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, source new business, and negotiate effectively.
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit/risk processes, and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to build client relationships.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by prospecting new treasury management business across a multi-state territory.
• Develop strategic dialogues around key client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification, and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels within the automotive dealership vertical to provide integrated treasury solutions.
• Lead business process reviews independently and engage industry solutions specialists for complex client reviews.
• Propose new solution ideas and partner with product stakeholders to reflect the client perspective in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions through client roundtables, industry conferences, webinars, and professional media.
• Manage a depository customer portfolio and monitor and enhance profitability of all assigned relationships.
