Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of demonstrated success in a treasury or cash management capacity.
• Strong business/financial acumen to align to client treasury operations KPIs.
• Demonstrates ability to foster partnerships within the core team and build rapport with client contacts.
• Effectively manages competing priorities while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Broad familiarity with global treasury management products, services and trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing and negotiation discussions with clients for treasury products to optimize profitability.
• Drive digital adoption (mobile, digital and real-time payments) and lead strategic client dialogues.
• Participate in CMP to identify client needs and deepen relationships.
• Oversee implementation of all solutions from start to finish for a smooth revenue path.
• Account for revenue growth, client calling initiatives, portfolio development, pricing, and RFP responses.
• Engage with Relationship Managers and other partners to ensure updated client information and treasury product knowledge.
• Maintain client focus while understanding bank operations and treasury services.
