JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and deepen client relationships in the Rochester area.

You will leverage your treasury product knowledge to craft market strategies and collaborate with Bankers, Client Service, Product Leadership, and Implementation teams to deliver integrated cash management solutions. Formación

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management discipline, and pricing philosophy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with clients, colleagues, external COIs, and external consulting organizations.
• Strong time management, organizational and planning skills.
• Demonstrated experience of meeting or exceeding sales goals; proven top individual contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while retaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client-centric issues, benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients at senior levels to provide integrated treasury solutions within a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to key client sales opportunities and engage industry solutions specialists for complex reviews.
• Raise new solution ideas while partnering with internal product stakeholders to represent client perspective in development of complex products.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at client roundtables, conferences, webinars, and media platforms.
• Manage the non-credit risk for customer portfolio and monitor profitability of all assigned relationships.
