Old National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Director to lead the growth strategy for the Specialty segment across multiple markets, guiding strategy, partnerships, and talent development. The role emphasizes client experience, risk management, and driving revenue through new business and existing relationships.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a track record of sales excellence within banking and Treasury Management.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of proven leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead TM sales strategy and revenue growth for the Specialty segment.
• Develop partnerships with Banking teams and TM Product Management to drive client acquisition and relationship expansion.
• Coach and develop TM team members to improve sales effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics and compliance with bank policies.
• Foster an exceptional client experience and collaborate across stakeholders to deepen relationships.
