Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, overseeing sales execution, developing talent, and maintaining compliance while delivering exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of leadership experience in Treasury Management or payments.
• Proven track record in strategic sales and market growth.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.
• Experience leading diverse teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of treasury management products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Treasury Management Specialty segment sales strategy and revenue growth.
• Oversee new business development and expansion of existing client relationships.
• Coach and develop TM team members to improve sales effectiveness.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver comprehensive TM solutions and ensure compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
