Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Director to lead the TM sales strategy for the Specialty segment. You will partner with the Specialty Banking team, TM Product Management, Client Experience, and Sales Enablement to drive new business, expand existing relationships, and grow revenue across markets.

You will develop and monitor performance metrics, mentor a team of Market Managers, Treasury Management Consultants, and analysts, and ensure an exceptional client experience

Qualifications

• Five or more years of proven leadership experience leading Treasury Management and/or payments teams.
• Seven+ years of Banking and/or Treasury Management experience.
• Experience developing and executing strategic sales and market growth initiatives that drive new business acquisition and deepen client relationships.
• Strong strategic planning, market development, and business execution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or related field; CTP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead TM Specialty segment sales strategy and revenue growth.
• Develop partnerships with Specialty Banking and other lines to drive growth.
• Manage TM sales execution, pipeline expectations, and coaching for TM team members.
• Deliver exceptional client experience while ensuring risk and compliance.
• Lead talent development and performance management within the Specialty segment.
