Old National Bank seeks a Treasury Management Sales Director to lead the TM sales strategy across Saint Paul, Chicago, Nashville, Indianapolis and more. This role partners with the Specialty Banking team, TM Product, and Sales Enablement to drive new business, expand client relationships, and develop sales talent.

The position requires senior leadership, strategic sales focus, and a commitment to an exceptional client experience, with strong collaboration across business lines and markets.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of proven leadership experience leading Treasury Management and/or payments teams.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic sales and market growth initiatives.
• Strong strategic planning, market development, and business execution skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and influence teams and business partners to achieve objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead the TM Specialty segment sales strategy and revenue growth initiatives.
• Partner with Specialty Banking and TM Product teams to drive client acquisition and expansion.
• Oversee TM sales execution, set pipelines and ensure disciplined prospecting.
• Coach and develop TM team members to improve sales effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Monitor metrics such as revenue, portfolio growth, pricing, and client retention.
• Foster an exceptional client experience while ensuring risk and policy compliance.
