Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Director to lead the specialty segment's sales strategy and revenue growth. You will partner with Treasury Management, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.

The role requires senior leadership, strategic planning, and strong client-facing skills to deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance and risk controls. A strong track record in TM and banking is required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of proven leadership leading Treasury Management and/or payments teams.
• Minimum seven years in Banking and/or Treasury Management, with track record in sales growth.
• Strong strategic planning, market development, and business execution skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; CTP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of the TM sales and revenue growth strategy for the Specialty segment.
• Partner with Specialty Banking, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to drive new business and deepen client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with policies and risk controls.
• Coach and develop TM team members to improve sales effectiveness and client outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver comprehensive TM solutions.
