You will shape growth, drive cross-functional collaboration, and coordinate with TM Product, Client Experience, and Sales Enablement to expand client relationships and revenue.

As a senior leader, you will mentor the TM team and ensure top-tier client experience while maintaining risk and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of proven leadership experience leading Treasury Management and/or payments teams.

Responsibilities

• The TM Sales Director leads the development and execution of the TM sales and revenue growth strategy.
• Identifies strategic growth opportunities and expands client relationships.
• Develops, monitors, and manages performance metrics aligned with Specialtysegment goals.
