This role partners with Specialty Banking, TM Product Management, Client Experience, and Sales Enablement to drive new business, expand existing relationships, and align with enterprise goals.

You will set strategic direction, mentor team members, and ensure exceptional client experiences while maintaining risk controls.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of proven leadership experience in Treasury Management and/or payments.
• Minimum of seven years of banking and/or Treasury Management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field; CTP certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the TM sales and revenue growth strategy for the Specialty segment.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and establish effective processes across TM sales.
• Foster an exceptional client experience while ensuring compliance with bank policies and risk management.
