You will leverage deep treasury product knowledge to develop a localized market and product strategy and partner with Banking, Client Service, Product Leadership and Implementation teams. Qualifications

• 10+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong prospecting and negotiation skills to source new treasury management business.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes, overdraft management and pricing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by sourcing new treasury management business and expanding existing relationships.
• Develop strategic dialogues around client issues, benchmarking, and opportunity quantification.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews and engage product specialists for complex reviews.
• Recommend client-centric product ideas and represent client perspectives in product evolution.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital solutions at events and webinars.
• Manage non-credit risk for the client portfolio and monitor profitability.
