Job summary

UMB Bank seeks a Treasury Management and Card Sales Officer to grow Treasury Management and Card Solutions through strategic selling and maintenance of client portfolios. You will collaborate with internal partners to advise on deposits, risk, and cash flow optimization, aiming to minimize financial and reputational risk while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will manage both existing and new-to-bank clients, develop relationships, and identify opportunities across treasury

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience with 2+ years in selling or supporting commercial or treasury services
• Ability to prospect, network & influence at various levels within a company
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products, corporate cash flow processes and associated risk

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients with a focus on profitable revenue growth and minimizing attrition
• Develop and maintain relationships with new-to-bank clients to drive revenue growth
• Identify operating credit exposures and other risks, and ensure compliance with credit policies and risk controls
• Conduct independent and co-dependent sales calls to generate high-quality, profitable Treasury Management and deposit business
• Engage with local industry associations and networking groups to expand market presence
