UMB Financial Corporation seeks a Treasury Management and Card Sales Officer to grow its Treasury Management and Commercial Card solutions within its Plano market. The role focuses on expanding relationships with existing clients and acquiring new-to-bank business, delivering consultative treasury guidance, and facilitating seamless onboarding while managing risk and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience with 2+ years in selling or supporting commercial or treasury services.
• Ability to prospect, network & influence at various levels within a company and with clients.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products & services and card-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients with focus on revenue growth and attrition minimization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new-to-bank clients for revenue growth.
• Identify working capital efficiency opportunities and align treasury solutions with client needs.
• Communicate risk exposures and adhere to credit and policy guidelines.
• Lead onboarding expectations and coordinate cross-functional sales calls to grow deposits and services.
