Job summary

Servbank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer to support growth and delivery of treasury management services across commercial and business banking relationships. This role acts as a trusted advisor, delivering treasury solutions to enhance cash flow, improve efficiency, and mitigate fraud risk.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Technology teams to onboard clients, implement solutions, and provide ongoing consultative support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of treasury management products and services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong sales, consultative, and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with business clients as trusted advisor.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships through treasury management products and services.
• Partner with Relationship Managers and Business Banking teams to support deposit growth, fee income growth, and client retention initiatives.
• Conduct treasury management reviews and tailor solutions to clients' operating and cash flow needs.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, virtual consultations, and business development activities.
• Coordinate treasury management onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
• Assist clients with treasury management system setup, service maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Monitor treasury relationships for appropriate service utilization and risk exposure.
• Maintain knowledge of NACHA rules, BSA/AML, OFAC, and regulatory requirements.
