Job summary

Servbank seeks a Treasury Management Officer to grow and deliver treasury solutions for commercial and business banking clients. You will partner with Relationship Managers, Operations, and Technology to onboard clients, implement solutions, and provide ongoing consultative support.

The ideal candidate has strong treasury expertise, excellent client relationships, and a proven track record in delivering cash management and fraud prevention solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in treasury management or related financial services.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Strong sales, consultative and business development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with business clients, advising on treasury management solutions.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and support deposit growth and fee income.
• Coordinate treasury management onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support.
• Conduct treasury management reviews and tailor solutions to clients' cash flow needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of treasury services.
• Monitor risk and ensure compliance with NACHA, BSA/AML requirements.
