Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Treasury Management and Card Sales Officer (TMCSO) to grow Treasury Management and Card Solutions for commercial clients in the Dallas area. You will advise clients on treasury needs, onboard services, and manage risk with a client-centric approach.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize liquidity, payments, and risk management for business customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of banking experience with 2+ years in selling or supporting commercial or treasury services.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services, and TM & card-based applications.
• Knowledge of Commercial Payments & Cards and related credit/operational risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to build relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients for profitable growth and retention.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of new-to-bank clients for revenue growth.
• Build and maintain relationships to expand business and onboard services.
• Understand client organizations, activities, risks, and onboarding expectations.
• Lead sales calls to generate high-quality Treasury Management and deposit business.
• Engage with local industry groups and community associations.
• Identify working capital efficiency opportunities and refer ancillary opportunities.
• Design customer-centric treasury management solutions and liquidity management guidance.
• Identify internal and external prospects to expand business.
• Provide thought leadership through events, conferences, and marketing collaboration.
• Other duties as assigned.
