Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive the acquisition, expansion and retention of Payment business, including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products. The role emphasizes outside sales and proactive prospecting to grow new business.

You will contact clients, provide consultative advice on cash conversion and working capital, and collaborate with Business Banking Relationship Managers to service and expand existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 5–7 years of Treasury Management sales experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in outside sales and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Generate outside sales and prospect new business for Payment services.
• Advise clients on cash conversion, working capital, and internal processes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to service and expand accounts.
• Analyze receivables/payables cycles for client relationships.
• Provide product recommendations to improve client efficiency.
• Use available resources to optimize client experience.
• Meet or exceed sales and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to implement new Payment services.
• Build relationships in the community and with local organizations.
• Identify opportunities for U.S. Bank to impact communities.
