Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in implementing treasury products or similar financial services.
• Proven track record in risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation experience.
• Advanced data and tech literacy with model interpretation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence colleagues.
• Technical project management in a client-facing environment.
• Comfort using collaboration tools like WebEx and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Lead treasury product implementation and training for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding.
• Connect with clients via Zoom, email, and other collaboration tools.
• Build relationships with partners in Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product Management.
• Manage client and partner expectations throughout the implementation process.
• Translate client requests into detailed technical specifications for treasury services.
• Document meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and escalate issues when needed.
• Identify and manage business risks with ownership of issues.
