Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Implementation Vice President to lead complex treasury product implementations for global clients. You will manage onboarding, build client relationships, and drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with Relationship Management, Sales, Service, Operations, and Product teams, translating client needs into actionable technical requirements while mitigating risks and delivering high-value results.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing treasury products or similar financial services.
• Risk management strategies and mitigation experience.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation with the ability to influence.
• Advanced data/tech literacy including model interpretation.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Technical PM experience in client-facing environments.
• Comfort using collaboration tools like WebEx and Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and training experience for assigned clients and ensure a smooth onboarding.
• Connect with clients through Zoom, Email, and other collaborative technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners in RM, Sales, Service, Ops, Product Management.
• Manage client and partner expectations throughout the implementation process.
• Implement mixed payable solutions and support file mapping exercises.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product Management to streamline processes.
• Identify and manage business risks and own issues.
• Translate client requests into technical specs for treasury services.
• Document meeting agendas, minutes, and project plans using Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and elevate issues when needed.
• Manage conflicts and facilitate discussions for optimal solutions.
