You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leverage data and technology, and drive strategic plans to optimize client experiences and outcomes across the onboarding lifecycle.

Formación

• 7+ years in implementing treasury products or similar financial services.
• Proven risk management experience with mitigation strategies.
• Strategic planning with resource allocation decisions.
• Advanced data and tech literacy to interpret models and data needs.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the implementation process of treasury products for new and existing clients transitioning to the Chase banking platform, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Utilize advanced risk management skills to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies during onboarding, ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Define the direction of the onboarding process through strategic planning and resource allocation.
• Apply critical thinking to analyze complex issues during onboarding and align with financial goals.
• Use emotional intelligence and stakeholder management to build productive client and team relationships.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for the onboarding program leveraging data and technology.
• Manage conflicts and conflicts of interest to facilitate optimal solutions.
