Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience implementing treasury products or similar financial services.
• Strong risk management and mitigation skills.
• Strategic planning and resource allocation expertise.
• Advanced data/tech literacy and model interpretation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical project management in client-facing environments.
• Proficient with WebEx, Zoom and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and training for assigned clients with smooth onboarding.
• Engage with clients via Zoom, Email and collaboration tools.
• Build relationships with partners across RM, Sales, Service, Ops and Product.
• Manage client and partner expectations throughout implementation.
• Implement mixed payable solutions and assist with file mapping exercises.
• Collaborate with Operations and Product to streamline processes.
• Identify and manage business risks, owning issues.
• Translate client requests into technical specs for treasury services.
• Document agendas, minutes and plans using Microsoft Office.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and escalate as needed.
• Moderate conflicts and facilitate optimal solutions.
