JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Treasury Management Officer in Commercial Banking to generate new treasury management business and nurture client relationships. You will leverage deep product knowledge to execute market strategies and partner with bankers, service teams, product leadership and Implementation.

Responsibilities include sourcing new business, leading client dialogues, and delivering integrated treasury solutions while managing risks and profitability across the portfolio.

Formación

• 6+ years of cash management, sales and relationship management experience.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
• Knowledge of Treasury Service products, credit and risk processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, COIs and external consultancies.
• Strong time management and planning skills.
• Demonstrated history of meeting sales goals.

Responsabilidades

• Grow revenue by prospecting and sourcing new treasury management business while expanding existing relationships.
• Create strategic dialogues around client issues with benchmarking, opportunity quantification and solution positioning.
• Collaborate with bankers and clients to provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative framework.
• Lead business process reviews aligned to sales opportunities with product stakeholders.
• Raise new solution ideas and represent client perspectives in product development.
• Deliver thought leadership on working capital at events, webinars and media platforms.
• Manage non-credit risk for the client portfolio and monitor profitability.
