Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day‑to‑day treasury operations for VC & PE clients. You will process wires, ACHs, and other payments, ensure proper documentation, and help manage client cash transactions in a fast‑paced environment.

You will work from home across the US, with a salary range of $60,000–$70,000 and opportunities to develop core treasury skills in collaboration with a growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily treasury operations for clients, processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record‑keeping.
• Identify and escalate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports as needed.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Suggest opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Assist Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
