Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires and ACH payments, assist with documentation, and help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, you will gain hands-on experience across treasury systems while collaborating with fund accounting and other departments. Remote-friendly role with US-based eligibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, MS Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
