Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACHs, and other payments, ensure accurate documentation, and assist with reconciliations and reporting.

This role offers remote work from across the US with a focus on client service, collaboration with accounting and people ops, and opportunities to contribute to process improvements within a growing treasury function.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You are proactive, resourceful and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations, including processing wires, ACH payments, and other payment types.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues or operational discrepancies to the Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Help ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on processing client cash transactions and internal teams.
