Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a motivated Treasury Associate to support treasury operations for our venture capital and PE clients. You will report to the Treasury Manager and help process wires, ACHs, and other payments, while maintaining documentation and compliance.

This role offers hands-on experience across treasury systems, banking portals, and cross-functional teams, with a salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 and remote, US-wide hiring within allowed states.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations including wires, ACH payments, and other payments.
• Execute payment instructions and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping.
• Identify and escalate potential client service or operational issues to the Treasury Manager.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting teams on client cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Treasury Manager and Head of Treasury on ad hoc projects.
