Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support day-to-day treasury operations for venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACHs, and other payments, and help ensure accurate documentation and reporting.

This remote, US-wide opportunity offers growth, exposure to treasury systems, and collaboration with accounting and People Ops. Ideal for 1–2 years of treasury experience and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, G-suite, Microsoft Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients, including wires and ACH payments.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain documentation.
• Identify and escalate client service issues or discrepancies.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury management systems and banking portals for tasks.
• Support reconciliation and prepare basic treasury reports.
• Collaborate with fund accounting and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify opportunities for minor process improvements.
