Job summary

Aduro Advisors is seeking a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for our venture capital and private equity clients. You will process wires, ACHs, and payments, document activity, and help ensure policy compliance under the Treasury Manager.

Remote role available across the US with eligibility in listed states; strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills are essential for success in this growing team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Resourceful, driven and detail-oriented.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems and portals, G-suite, Office, Box, Slack.

Responsibilities

• Assist daily treasury operations for clients; process wires and ACHs.
• Execute payment instructions with proper documentation.
• Identify issues and escalate to Treasury Manager or Head of Treasury.
• Support adherence to treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize treasury systems and banking portals for tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and basic treasury reporting.
• Coordinate with fund accounting on client cash transactions.
• Collaborate with Accounting and People Ops for smooth operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist on ad hoc projects for the Treasury team.
