Job summary

Aduro Advisors is hiring a Treasury Associate to support daily treasury operations for top-tier VC & PE clients. You will process wires and ACH payments, ensure accurate documentation, and help maintain treasury controls under the Treasury Manager.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in treasury or finance, a bachelor's degree, and a detail-oriented, service-minded approach. This is a remote US role open to multiple states across the country.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of treasury operations, finance, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to accurate work.
• Familiar with Treasury Management systems, banking portals, and common software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily treasury operations for clients, including wires and ACH payments.
• Execute payment instructions and maintain proper documentation.
• Identify and elevate potential client service issues to management.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use treasury systems and banking portals for daily tasks.
• Support reconciliation activities and basic treasury reporting.
• Collaborate with fund accounting on client cash transactions.
• Coordinate with Accounting and People Ops for seamless operations.
• Suggest minor process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc treasury projects as needed.
