Job summary

Alpha is hiring Youth Development Specialists to travel between US campuses, implementing life-skill workshops and coaching students to hit weekly targets. You will join a fast-moving team that values hands-on leadership and data-driven progress.

Accommodation and travel are provided, with a base salary of $120,000 per year. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in any subject, at least three years working with K-8 students, and willingness to relocate for postings across the country.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score assessments to prove skill mastery, not just attendance.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each new campus, building rapport.
• Document progress and interventions at the end of every posting.
