Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to lead on-site life skill workshops and coach K-8 students across a rotating campus schedule. You will travel to different campuses every 1–3 months, with all accommodation paid, earning a flat $120,000 per year.

The role emphasizes coaching, analytics, and meeting weekly targets while avoiding core academics. You will be part of a nationwide network focused on growth and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Willing to relocate across US campuses.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using Coachbot analytics, weekly goals and incentives, until 90%+ hit their targets.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments so students prove the skill rather than just attend the session.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each campus, learning names and building rapport.
• Hand over cleanly at the end of every posting, documenting per-student progress and every intervention.
