Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to support K-8 students across US campuses. You will run one-hour life skill workshops, coach students weekly, and use analytics to drive progress toward weekly targets.

You'll be posted to different campuses every 1–3 months, with accommodation provided. The role pays a flat $120,000 per year, with weekly pay and full benefits as a W2 employee.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Describe one coaching example with goals and results.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups until targets are met.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments to prove progress.
• Reach full standard within the first week at each campus.
• Document progress and interventions at the end of each posting.
