Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Willing to be posted away from home 1–3 months at a time; legal right to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting the provided curriculum.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score assessments so students prove the skill.
• Reach full standard at each new campus within the first week.
• Document progress and interventions at each posting end.
