Job summary

Alpha is hiring full-time youth development guides who will travel to Alpha campuses across the United States. You will run one-hour life-skill workshops, coach students, and use analytics to help each learner hit weekly targets.

You will be posted 1–3 months at a time, with accommodations provided and a $120,000 annual salary. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years with K-8 students are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students, with coaching or leadership experience.
• Willing to be posted away from home for 1–3 months at a time across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops and adapt curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students individually and in groups using analytics to drive progress.
• Administer assessments and track student achievement toward weekly targets.
• Ensure rapport and learn names at each new campus within the first week.
