Alpha invites experienced educators to join a role that moves you between campuses across the United States. You will run life-skills workshops, coach students with data-driven goals, and administer assessments to demonstrate actual progress rather than attendance.

Eligible candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years with K-8, and the legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Be prepared for frequent relocations and a compensation of $120,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting curriculum to the cohort.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score assessments to prove progress, not just attendance.
• Achieve full standard at each campus within the first week.
• Document per-student progress and interventions at the end of each posting.
