Job summary

Alpha, a private school network, seeks Youth Development Specialists to lead one-hour life-skill workshops and coach K-8 students. You will be posted to campuses nationwide, with accommodation provided and a $120,000 annual salary.

You will work weekly, away from home most weeks, building rapport and driving student growth. Responsibilities include coaching, using Coachbot analytics, administering tests, and documenting progress for each posting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students; classroom experience not required.
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students, adapting curriculum.
• Coach students one to one and in small groups using analytics until targets are met.
• Administer and score assessments to prove skill acquisition.
• Reach full standard in the first week at each campus after onboarding.
• Document per-student progress and interventions at posting.
