Job summary

Alpha reimagines youth development by placing you on multiple campuses across the United States, running short, high-impact life-skill workshops for K-8 students. You will coach individuals and small groups, using analytics to drive progress and ensure targets are met.

Expect rapid onboarding, accommodation provided at each posting, and a $120,000 USD annual salary paid weekly. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years working with K-8 students are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years working with K-8 students; camp counseling, coaching or youth leadership counted.
• Familiarity with learning analytics or progress dashboards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students using the provided curriculum.
• Coach students one-to-one and in small groups to hit weekly targets using Coachbot analytics.
• Administer and score assessments to prove skill advancement.
• Establish rapport quickly at each new campus and learn student names and progress.
