Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Youth Development Specialist to travel to campuses nationwide, leading K-8 life-skill workshops and coaching students toward weekly targets. You will use Coachbot analytics and standardized assessments to measure progress, and you will relocate between postings as required.

Travel is a core part of the role, with accommodations provided and weekly compensation of $120,000 USD. You will live away from home most weeks, returning during PTO.)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working with K-8 students (teaching not required).
• Legal right to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Willing to accept postings away from home for 1–3 months at a time.

Responsibilities

• Run one-hour life skill workshops for K-8 students using adaptable curriculum.
• Coach students one-to-one and in groups using analytics and weekly goals until targets are met.
• Administer and score Test2Pass assessments to prove skill development.
• Achieve full standard at each new campus within the first week, build rapport.
• Document progress and interventions at end of every posting.
