Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 6 months of customer service experience, including data entry and cash handling.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated exceptional customer service and time management.
• Proficient with internet-based tools and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions in moments that matter.
• Educate customers with shoulder-to-shoulder digital demonstrations; identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management; greet customers and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following policy.
• Own escalated account issues to resolution; log complaints in the system.
• Transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Complete branch-related operations (cash orders, vault, ATM, wires).
• Process customer/account maintenance accurately.
• Perform AML/KYC-related activities; ensure compliance with controls.
