Qualifications

• Ability to travel between branches as needed.

• Proficient with internet-related technologies and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch service through digital engagement and lobby management.
• Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
• Identify and transition sales opportunities to the appropriate banking partner.
• Log and resolve customer complaints in the proper system.
• Assist with branch operational tasks including cash, ATM, and wire transfers.
• Adhere to AML/KYC/BSA procedures and risk controls.
• Promote the M&T Bank brand and maintain strong internal controls.
