Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and process transactions accurately.
• Balance and process customer transactions efficiently following Bank Policy.
• Engage in lobby management and greet customers, identifying needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and suggest self-service options.
• Escalate and resolve account issues, logging complaints in the system.
• Assist with branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, ATM, wires).
• Support AML/KYC related activities and comply with policies.
