Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Superintendent with 5-15+ years of construction leadership for advanced manufacturing projects. You will manage field operations, schedules, and budgets while guiding the project team to successful completion.

Role requires leading design/build industrial, cold storage, or data center ventures. Expect collaboration with owners, architects, and subcontractors, plus travel on traveling jobs and a strong safety focus.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years as a lead superintendent.
• Experience leading design/build industrial, cold storage, advanced manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs.
• Possess a current, valid driver’s license in your state of residence.
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing/walking long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to receive project information and preplanning details.
• Prepare project schedule, organization structure, staffing, and resource requirements.
• Direct and control the total construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Assist in procurement, material shipments, and approvals of shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate their work with schedules and progress.
• Inform supervisors and subcontractors promptly of schedule changes.
• Assist in preparing progress and cost reports to reflect actual costs.
• Review and approve requisitions, field PO's, invoices, and significant reports.
• Cooperate with owner/representatives and architects to align interests.
• Hold site meetings with PM and regional manager; report progress and issues.
