Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead light industrial and data center projects. You will oversee field operations, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, and drive project success from day one with a focus on safety and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 5–15+ years in construction, strong leadership, MEP experience, and a valid driver's license. Expect travel, competitive pay, and a robust benefits package as part of a long-term role.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years construction experience with at least 5 years in foreman/assistant/superintendent roles.
• Experience leading MEP trades on data center, battery storage, or manufacturing projects preferred.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend preplanning meetings and participate in formulating construction schedules.
• Direct and control the project to meet specifications, time and budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors and align work with project schedules.
• Prepare progress and cost reports and manage field documentation.
• Collaborate with owner representatives and architects to ensure goals are met.
