Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead light industrial and data center projects nationwide. You will manage field operations, schedules, safety, and budgets while coordinating with project teams and owners.

With 5-15+ years of construction leadership, you will drive adherence to plans, mentor site staff, and ensure on-time delivery. The role offers a generous compensation package and travel benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-15+ years' construction experience; at least 5 years as Foreman/Assistant Superintendent/Lead Superintendent on light industrial or mission-critical projects
• Experience leading MEP trades on data centers, battery storage, or manufacturing facilities preferred
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and project scheduling programs
• Valid driver's license in your state of residence
• Ability to meet physical demands such as standing/walking, lifting up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meeting to receive project details for preplanning
• Prepare a construction schedule showing activities, sequencing, org structure, staffing, and equipment needs
• Direct and control the project to meet specs within the time schedule and budget
• Coordinate subcontractors to integrate their work with project schedules
• Review requisitions, field POs, invoices, and other significant reports; report progress to project manager
• Maintain a daily diary recording significant project facts and decisions
• Ensure adherence to the company safety program on all phases of the project
